Volunteer Opportunities

El Rio welcomes assistance in the following areas:

• Administrative Tasks
• Facility Organization
• Patient Greeting at Reception
• Support for Patient Care
• Special Talents
• Special Events
• Reach Out and Read -Volunteer readers offer 2-3 hours per month reading to kids
  at various El Rio pediatric clinic sites. Contact Tami Arthur at (520) 449-3339.
  

• The Health Education Project - Volunteers teach health and life skills classes at
  local shelters and prisons. The curriculum for each class is prepared by an Advisory Board,
  so volunteers need not be experts. Contact Diane Haeger at (520) 256-2874.
